Minimize waste by actively pursuing principles of reduce, reuse, and recycle.
Ensure safe and proper management of hazardous materials and waste.
Improve energy efficiency in building design and construction.
Educate clients about best practices for energy conservation.
Identify opportunities and innovative programs offered by utility companies or local, state, and national agencies, to continuously raise energy awareness.
Provide fleet vehicles to mobile employees that achieve significant gas mileage ratings (25 – 35mpg or better) while allowing sufficient cargo space to transport project material and tools.
Partner with manufacturers and distributors that hold sustainable practices to a high level.
Maximize Energy Star certified equipment in our designs and implementations.
Follow the tenets of the STEP program for sustainable technology systems being developed by InfoComm.
Provide devices that control and monitor power consumption.
Recommend and coordinate a common control interface for all devices in the room, in the building, on the campus or across an enterprise.
Take advantage of common cabling pathways and network infrastructures wherever feasible.
Lead by example.
